Whether you play Rock, Funk, R&B, Country, Metal, Top-40, Blues or something else, the power of the groove, and the essentials of good technique, will always help you to become the player you want to be. As bassists, we are close to the guitar/melodic world, but we are just as close, if not closer, to world of rhythm and drums. In essence, we are the glue that brings together the melodic and the rhythmic world. Together, as we work through my lessons, we will explore and build upon techniques to make you a complete musician so that you can go on any musical journey you want. I look forward to working with and meeting all of you in the months ahead. I’m excited to show you some of the things that have helped to make me the player I am today.
